Andy Volkert • Director of Tennis & Paddle Sports

Andy joins us at Westmoor in after spending 20 years at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California, where he directed the tennis program. He has been honored as the San Diego Coach of the Year and for the Tennis Program of the Year by the San Diego division of the United States Tennis Association (USTA).

Andy has worked with children through adults and beginners through world champions, including former US Open Junior Singles Champion and US Open Women's Doubles Champion CoCo Vandeweghe. He has also helped current US #1 Taylor Fritz and US Next Gen #1 Brandon Nakashima as they made their rise through the Junior Program to the top of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Men's Tour.

Andy grew up in Northfield, Illinois. He was ranked #1 in the Chicago District Tennis Association (CDTA) for Men's 21 and Under and played his intercollegiate tennis at San Diego State University.
